What is Hearsay?
Hearsay is a cutting-edge app designed to extract texts and other messages from cell phones for use in litigation and other e-discovery applications. This tool can be used by both legal professionals and those working with legal counsel or individuals representing themselves. Built with legal professionals, attorneys, mediators, and private investigators in mind, Hearsay streamlines the process of obtaining and preserving digital evidence from mobile devices. Hearsay ensures that collected data is accurate, reliable, and ready for examination.
What data sources do you support?
We support SMS, MMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Voicemail from both iPhone and Android. We also collect Call Logs from Androids. We have more data sources like emails, Facebook DMs, Slack, and more coming soon. If there is an app or integrations you need, please let us know: support@usehearsay.com
Can you integrate with Relativity, Everlaw, or more?
We can export files into RSMF files, which make for easy upload into most eDiscovery platforms. If you need other integrations or file formats, let us know: support@usehearsay.com.
What is shared from my computer?
You can save your extraction data to your local computer. Only the specific conversations that you select to share into our review platform ever leave your computer. If your computer does not have enough space, you can save files to a thumbdrive or external hard drive. Soon, we'll be releasing the option to upload directly our secure cloud.
Do you offer tech support?
Yes. All of our extractions come with live, tech support. If you or your IT department needs help installing Hearsay extractors onto your computers, please contact us at: support@usehearsay.com. If you would like us to set up Hearsay training for your firm, please reach out to sales@usehearsay.com and we're happy to set up some time.
What devices can you extract from?
We can extract from most recent devices, both iOS and Androids. We can also extract messages from iPads and Android tablets. If you have an older device that is not supported, usually we can add support for that device. Please reach out to support@usehearsay.com and someone can help you.
Can I sign up myself or do I need to speak with sales?

Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
Yes. Please reach out to sales@usehearsay.com and we can help you apply your discount to your account.
Do you offer white-labelled options?
Yes. If you are a SaaS or eDiscovery application and you would like to include mobile data extractions into your product, please reach out to sales@usehearsay.com for help.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
