Some Extraction Preparation Tips:
Make room on your computer. Your computer should have ~50GB of space for an Android extraction, or 150-200GB for iPhones (average). If you need more space, please have an 256GB+ SSD external hard drive or thumb drive available.
Make sure that you have enough USB ports (2-3) on your computer to simultaneously connect the power, phone and additional storage, if needed.
Plan for the extraction to take 1-1.5 hours. The extraction time can vary depending on factors like, phone age, computer/HD speed or the USB cord.
Make sure the USB cable supports data transfer. Some low-cost cables from gas stations or supermarkets only charge the phone and do not allow for data transfer.
