How is my data stored?
All of your data is stored securely in our AWS cloud environment protected behind our firewall and encryption. Our SOCII Type 2 certification shows our commitment to security and privacy.
Do you support case-level access controls and permissions?
Yes, we provide you with the ability to control who in the firm has access to which files and how they can interact with the data.
Can I host the data myself?
Currently, no. But if you would like our Collectors to automatically feed into your system or another eDiscovery review platform, please contact sales@usehearsay.com

Does this extract deleted messages?
It can recover messages that have not yet been overwritten by the OS, but we cannot guarantee recovery of all
deleted data. Often we are only able to find gap artifacts.
Do you need the passcode?
Yes, the device must be unlocked to establish the trust relationship with the computer. We are not hacking or jailbreaking any devices to collect data.
